On numerous occassions, I've tried contacting them via email (which bounced back) and have left several messages and NO RESPONSE. Not sure if this is a legitimate business, so don't waste your time.

My sons ordered a singing gorilla for their Dads 60th birthday. It was the most unprofessional performance we have ever seen. They showed up at his work on time. Out of the van comes a skinny hot pink gorilla with a shabby matted costume that was ill fitting and torn. The mask was caved in on one side. It looked like they slept in it.She had on no goriila hands and i believe regular tennis shoes. She did not sing the crummy telegram she simlpy read it off her paper and then asked those standing around to sing Happy Birthday. Everyone was embarassed for her and the recipient. She even suggested the birthday boy pay the bill (Tacky) she didn't act like a gorilla, make noises like a gorilla, It was the worst. We called to complain and were told to call back the next day to talk with Micheal. We called from our car and Micheal was first rude to me and said I was not his customer so he didn't have to talk to me, so i handed the phone to his customer to speak for himself. Micheal was unsympathetic and unwilling to discuss anything about how unprofessional and shotty the 100.00 dollar 3 minute performance was . Rude, short and very un-Christian like behavior. obviously the word has not gotten out about how awful and WAY overpriced this service is. I would not hire them even for a childs party. They list this company as a Christian Business, so buyer beware. You will only get taken advantage of once . We do understand Gorilla grams aren't the hottest party performers but it was a family tradition for us to do this. My point is don't risk your business or good name on something so poorly done and cheat people out of their money and be rude to your customers.
