I took my son’s suit to WIDMER’s because I believed I would be getting “The best dry cleaner in Cincinnati!” Boy, was I wrong. Upon pickup I checked my son’s suit. The two spots I had remarked about at drop off were still there, suit was wrinkled, and there was a long stray hair on it. When I asked the woman working how this could be resolved her first response, “Oh, I don’t know I just started two weeks ago.”

This is a great place to go for dropping off your clothes and getting them back one or two days later in perfect condition. I've never had any issues with them. They've never damaged a product nor misplaced any of my clothing. The people are nice and they are accommodating to you every need. This place does a nice job and the close come back looking great
