They do great work. I've been going to them for my dry cleaning needs for 7 years and I don't have a single complaint. They are very good at removing even difficult stains.

Jansi performs good work BUT their prices are very expensive. Additionally, my last service was a dress hem (cut 6" around). The cost was $43.13 (with tax) which was the ticket given at drop off. When I picked up my dress they presented a different ticket in the amount of $48.53 (with tax - $5.00 more). I questioned and their response was "charged you the wrong price". That was NOT good customer service. They made the mistake, they should have waved the undercharge and took it as a lesson learned. Because of this, I will do NO FUTURE BUSINESS with Jansi.  It's the principal.

We first started using Jansi dry cleaning over a decade ago, because it is just around the corner from where we lived. The couple that owns and runs this store is so sweet, and they have always taken good care of our things. Mostly we give them my husband's work suits, but I have also trusted them with sweaters, silk dresses, and other delicate items. I would say their prices are on the higher end of fair -- which is still substantially lower than other places I looked into after moving away from Jansi. Once I learned of their free pick-up and delivery, I was super excited that we could keep supporting this small family-owned business, especially since we have enjoyed working with them for so many years already.
