Please donâ€™t take your kidney patient in this dialysis center if you care. My dad transferred from New Hampshire to this dialysis center. Their services, I give 4/5 to nurse but transportation isnâ€™t great which provided by case manager. The case manager have to take care of their patients what their needs. My dad had to Walked to home like 4 miles few times. It have been almost one month my dad havenâ€™t got transportation. I tried to meet my dad case manager few months ago regarding my dad situation. I talked one of nurse to schedule appointment but still I havenâ€™t got appointment.
