      image Clothes are packed into the Kenwood Macy's women's department to the point it looks cluttered and is tight. A shame there are only two left in Cincinnati (the other in Anderson, an old store, but it is spacious).

      image This establishment does not honor their policies I had a delivery that was stolen and on their website they say thats covered but after submitting for a refund and or reshipment it was denied. I dont know how I was denied something supposedly covered by their policy but I will not do business with them again.
