I absolutely love the daycare and the daycare staff. The staff made it an easy transition for my kids who had never been in daycare before until I decided to go back to work. They were great with taking care of my babies but also helping educate them as well.

My daughter really liked going here and I liked it aswell they seemed polite and organized that is until my daughter was choked by a boy in the class and it could have been handled with a simple conversation but instead when I arrived there was no mention of the "incident" I took my child we went to the movies and on the way home she told me that a boy from class had choked her. We spent the rest of the night in children's hospital because no one could tell me any real information on what happened I was only given it could have happened like this and it may not have been like that there was no incident report filed and no one told me about it when I picked her up. Thankfully there was no real damage but that leaves you wondering what if she didn't tell me what if next time something small turns into something big what if she hits her head what if she gets injured and they do not say a single thing what if your child falls hits their head or gets hit in the head with a toy the teacher says nothing when you pick them up you take your child home they say they're tired they lay down to take a nap and you've lost your child due to a head injury that you had no idea you could prevent just by simply going to the doctor they lost all my trust because yes it may have started out as something simple but it could have been a whole lot worse children should not be allowed to rough play rough play leads to injury and injury that is unreported can lead to serious harm or death they are there to learn not to rough play my biggest hope is that they learn from this experience and that they no longer let incidents go unreported they really are a very nice facility they're organized they're professional and their trustworthy I feel this may have been a one-off and for the future I hope they do better I really do but incidence no matter how small should always be reported and parents should ALWAYS be informed.
