Since Covid everything has had a mark up, but a Denman brush to go from 13 to $21.00. Now that's RIDICULOUS. TO TOP IT OFF PAY FOR A BAG???? THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.

Don't go to this location, go to Ulta. I did an online order, went home. Wrong order, I called she said she'd pull the correct product, drove all the way back she's standing a round talking didn't pull the order, I wait only for her to finally come back and say the are out of stock. Complete waste of time, they are unprofessional and lazy. I will never ever go back. Ever.

Terrible customer service! Went in needing some help but Erin I think her name was, was obviously not in the mood. I could tell she was bothered that I even walked in the door. I decided to leave without purchasing anything as I felt I was inconveniencing the employee. At least pretend to care about your customers.
