Really wanted this new Graters in Union to be great as I love nothing better than to support local business. Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience at this new location. After trying to order at the drive through which was very frustrating as the crew member couldnt hear because of the wind and traffic noise !! I eventually got to the window and was told it was $26 for 4 small ice creams, no problem there, quite expensive for this location, but the big problem arose when they charged my card $31, which showed up on my phone, they had included a tip for themselves which I certainly hadnt authorized. The manager was called and said I must have pressed the button for this, which I hadnt as they took my card from me and added the tip himself. The problem for me was the managers attitude, he could have dealt with this so much better, and apologized as they were in the wrong end of story. I then decided to call head office to report this and after placing a complaint I am still waiting for someone to contact me, they must be so inundated with complaints that no one gets back
