My first time visiting the dental side was today. They could not have been more welcoming, friendly and professional.

I only gave this Dental office a 1 star cause I couldn't do a zero. I WAS a potential new patient. I have called this place for 4 days straight, multiple times each day. Noone ever answered out of those probably 20 times. The 5th day which was a Friday, I decided to leave a message in which they say they will call you back in 24 hours. I'm taking that as 24 Business hours. Well it has been about 72 Business hours and still no contact. At this point I would definitely not want any contact. Who would want to deal with this type of Business. I have never experienced anything like this. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

The dental office is horrible. They hardly ever return your calls. I had to do an emergency walk in appointment and all they gave me was antibiotics. They didn't help me with my tooth at all. It needed to be pulled

The dental office in this establishment is terrible. The actual dental team is great (dentist, hygienist, assistants) but the individuals who work at the front desk are there for no reason it seems. Attitudes arent the best and they never answer the phone. I tried to reschedule my appointment, but after calling for several days with no answer and no returned calls after leaving voicemails, they finally sent me a letter stating that I am no longer able to schedule appointments with them for not showing up to my appointment. Maybe if the people sitting in the office in front got off their cell phones and answered the office phone, I would have been able to reschedule my appointment. Its a new and clean building, but the staff inside is terribly incompetent. As a nurse, I am appalled at the lack of compassion. These people are clearly there just to collect their paycheck, not to actually help people keep their teeth healthy.
