Used this label company in April '20 and had a lot of trouble. They sent samples but they were not clearly marked/detailed. I am no label expert. Due to this, there was confusion over which material was needed. When the labels arrived and were, unfortunately, not what we thought, MrLabelCo sent an incredibly rude message that said "we've done all we can do, you went against our recommendation, our businesses should part ways." This was a shock, but they offered to run the labels again at half price. Ultimately, that was an empty offer, for when we tried to place another order they quoted a price that was double the original. It was outrageous. We need to buy new labels and have to find a new company. I saw that email from our last exchange today and realized I would never do business with a company with such attitude. You would think small businesses in Cincy would stick together but no. Sorry my review is so after the fact, but it still feels relevant. Thanks for nothing but raising my blood pressure, Pat Meehan.
