      Thank you for your feedback. I think there may been some confusion. We do not run out of coffee. We have endless amounts of coffee. What may have been the circumstance was we needed to brew a fresh pot of coffee because we served the last cup of the previous brew. We strive to provide the best and freshest coffee possible. We are constantly brewing coffee throughout the day. I would venture to say the staff told you we ran out and offered to make you an americano so you didn't have to wait extra time in the drive thru for the coffee to brew. If this was not the case please respond.
