Express

I had a very rare event in which I had to dress in something other than my average black hoody. So when I came into Express I was more than lost . Until I saw Zoey. She was truly a life saver. She helped me pick out a ton of options and even found some stuff in the back that wasnt out on the racks . She literally followed me around for 45 mins until I was happy with what we had found. Thanks Zoey. And thanks Roman who was working at the register for cracking me up whole time Zoey checked me out. Go to NY Roman, go! These two deserve recognition . Im not from OH, its rare to run into helpful and happy people these days.

Ive been a loyal shopper here for 15+ years. Bought my husband new jeans for Xmas. Got the wrong size. He tried to xchange them today and they refused to help. When I bought these jeans, I specifically did not give my phone number or email because I did not wanna get hit with all of the promotions that you do when giving your information at retail stores. I called corporate and spent 30 minutes on the phone with a very nice lady who trying to help me find a copy of the receipt given the date and amount of the transaction and at the end of the phone call she told me that it would be up to the store manager. She offered to call him, but I declined because the store manager had already told my husband no since the card, date bought and perfectly mint jeans werent good enough. The previous store manger wouldnt have hesitated to keep us a customer. On the bright side Im sure these jeans will find a good home in our donate pile

I came in on February 2nd and got a ton of help from Michael H. He is super friendly and helped me out a ton. He will be the reason I shop here again.
