I had an exceptional experience while shopping at J Crew last Friday. I was greeted when I walked in the store. The shop was clean, organized and stocked with spring fashions. Kacey approached me in the sale section where I was able to explain my needs. She quickly started grabbing things in my size run from sales and the rest of the shop. Kacey has a talent for outfitting and pulling out some great finds (jackets, blazers, jewelry, etc). Kaylee was also helpful while I was trying to piece together the last bit of my outfit she found shoes in my size run! Thank you ladies for amazing customer service while being knowledgeable about your inventory. Cannot wait to come back!

You can try things on, but they will never be able to fully compete with their own website's range of product offerings. I was introduced to a very nice black cashmere turtleneck at the store that I wouldn't have ordered otherwise, so it is nice to come by in person sometimes. Now, we will see if I wear it once the weather changes.
