image Purchased a dab pen that ended up being defective so I took it back for an exchange. The guy working was the same one who had sold me the device and he was very helpful and nice but had never experienced doing a return on a faulty device, so he called his boss. She was on speaker phone, walking him through the process, and she sounded annoyed with the whole thing and suggested I take it home and try it. I had already did a trouble shoot on the device and wouldnt have been bringing it back if I was unsure about it being truly defective. For the sake of simplicity, employees should be better trained in these procedures, and the ones who are there to help when an issue arises shouldnt talk down to their employees or the customer.
