Buffalo Wild Wings

Showed up at 9:45 p.m with my wife and 2 kids and was turned away because they were no longer doing dine in. Restaurant is open till 11 and I was in there last week and was seated at 10:05. Alot of employees standing around and it seemed they just didn't want to have to work. Highly disappointed with this location. Hopefully things turn around.

Glad to pay an extra fee to pick up my own cold food waiting for me in an untied bag in the entrance hallway. Even more glad to get in and realize half my order is wrong. What is the extra charge for "maintaing your takeout business", there is no way the black wire shelf costs that much you need to recoop money on each order.

Extremely slow service. Very high price for what you get. Not attentive to the customer at all.

Went here a week ago and didn't know you have to place your own order with your phone at the table we had waited at least 40 mins to get our food then when the waiter brought my wings they were drenched in sauce It was so much sauce on the plate that I could had made more wings for dipping my fries were coldy husband ordered a cake that supposed to had ice cream on top they put his cake in box container as if he ordered it to go when clearly we were eating in.We asked to speak to the manager she came out and was really nice she looked at my plate and agreed that it was a problem she took apologize and had them remake it While we was waiting on our food I looked over and noticed two workers who were from the kitchen just standing around.I will not be back to this location it's poor services.
