I wholeheartedly endorse Brad and his team at Artisan Custom Carpentry. Brad was the first person to respond to my quote request for a new deck and the first to come to measure and price the job. There was no pressure to buy and I had plenty of time to research my decision. Theirs was not the lowest price we got but it was absolutely the best combination of price and industry reputation. The work was done in about a week including inspections Brad communicated with us throughout the process and left the yard spotless throughout the process. Extremely disappointed in end results. Was promised cabinets that would look brand new. My cabinets were older with minor damage but was never told that he could not cover those areas. Two of my drawer fronts have literally fallen off within the first month because the screws were too small and he did not place washers on to fill the gap. Paint drips on the cabinets, paint on the hood above my stove and counter tops, obviously shadowing on doors. Lazy Suzan rubs when you try to turn it. The doors he made are beautiful but EVERYTHING else is not worth the $5000 he charged me.

Brad Simmons at Artisan installed some interior molding/trim around a large closet opening in our bedroom and we are very satisfied with his work. This was a relatively small job but was well done. Would certainly use again.
