Avis Car Rental

I spoke with DJ who was very accommodating about our rental. We had reserved the car for 3.30 pick up but had to change the time to 10am. DJ was very nice about it and made special arrangements.... with very short notice to make sure we had vehicle ready for puck up the next day at 10am. And we even got an upgrade! The Avis on Glenway Ave in Bridgetown is absolutely the car rental place that we will always choose! 10 stars!

Please be advised this location still requires masks for all customers. I forgot mine and was treated very poorly - the staff member spoke about me to other customers saying "some people just don't listen." Additionally, they are very strict about cleaning. I was told I must vacuum my car when I came to return it because there was some road salt on the floor in the backseat and passenger side (pictures included so you can determine if you're able to meet their expectations). I've never had a rental car company do that before. Lastly, there is no onsite parking. I will not be back and recommend you rent elsewhere as well.

I've had very pleasant experiences at other Avis locations but this location is just pathetic. They don't even wash the cars that they give you. Plus, the rep makes you feel like he is doing you a big favor by giving you a rental car. Not sure it's him or Avis just doesn't allocate cars for this center Avoid this center al all costs. If no option is working out, please call the center once before going there ( chances of they honoring the reservation are always
