Luxe Redux Bridal - Cincinnati Bridal Shop

Charged us a cancellation fee even though we already bought a dress at another salon the day before our appointment. We would have had to keep our appointment - wasting their time and ours. We gave them the courtesy of cancelling and why. Kinda stupid and not very bride friendly. While in the shoppe where we bought the dress, they were receiving cancellations from other shoppes in the district. We learned this is a common practice. Unless you are 100% confident you will be buying a dress here, I would avoid. I also heard they often put brides into tears with their attitude (from other brides in the shoppe we were in).

Jenna was awesome! She got an idea of what I liked and brought several dresses back that I loved. I hate clothes shopping but she made it painless. Wish this would have been my first stop.

Margo was absolutely FANTASTIC! I never thought I was going to find the perfect dress, but I left with my perfect dress in hand! The entire experience was so magical. I had the most amazing experience with my stylist Jenna. I had been so several other shops and Jenna just made me feel absolutely beautiful. She listened to everything I had to say addressed my likes, dislikes and my vision of what I was looking for. So excited for my perfect dress. Thank you Jenna for everything!
