The customer service at this place was terriblle. My mother is 65 years old and likes to get her hair done biweekly. Her stylist was out of town so I brought her here, the young lady that did her hair was very nice but she did not do a great job with the cut, my mother asked me to have her fix the style by shorting the bangs and tapering down the back a little more, as the stylist was fixing it, the owner came over and asked why her hair was being done again, with a very bad attitude, As I was trying to explain that my mom just wanted certain things fixed, the owner raised her voice at me, and at my mother, My mother was in tears and shaking, i remained calm but i feel so attacked and just appalled really that the situation was not handled better, bad customer service on top of receiving a bad hair cut. I was being patient with the fact that the stylist was younger and she said that it was her first time doing a mushroom style cut. but her boss was crazy. (for lack of a better word),,
