        I've been with this PNC location for 10 years now. The staff and service is exceptional and always has been. I highly recommend banking at this PNC location in front of Krogers in plainville.

        By far WORST bank in the area. Every female teller looks depressed, very mean scowls and not pleased to be at thier jobs. The one male teller appears to want to help and has decent customer service skills. Unfortunately I have to go this bank 3-4 times monthly and it's always a bad experience. All I do is deposits and withdrawls and they make you feel bad for doing simple banking transactions. NEVER a greeting, never a smile have i seen in the past 6 months. I wish PNC would shut this branch down and open a small one i side Kroger. WORST BANK EVER because of the employees
