        I deposited a check into an account and was told my funds will be available on Tuesday. When the funds was not available on Wednesday we called them to find out why. First they said it takes a week to process the check. Than the manager blame it on the person the check came from for not having the funds. Than told us that the check will take 7days because of the amount it’s their policy. The fact they lied right to our face putting blame on the person for not having the funds to cover it is ridiculous. 53rd bank is the worst bank ever!!!

        I have banked with Fifth third since I was 16 years old, even worked for fifth third. I only go to this location because the main branch .3 miles down the street is closed when I get off. Sommer literally has the WORST customer service and is always rude. Her nasty attitude makes me want to switch banks seriously. Maybe fifth third needs to hire someone who has better customer service skills than her.
