I cant say enough good things about Muellers Auto! While on a road trip, we had problems with our engine overheating while passing through the Cincinnati area. We were trying to nurse the car to a nearby shop found on Google and actually passed Muellers by chance on the way! We were initially told that he couldnt squeeze us in, but he allowed us to sit in his parking lot for a while to waited for the engine to cool enough again. He ended up coming out to the parking lot anyway and helping us free of charge! He made sure that the coolant was reaching the engine again and provided us with more to bring with us if we had any more issues on our trip. He was also very knowledgeable about the common issues with the make and model we drive! Very impressed and very thankful. Good, honest people still exist in the world!
