    About 4 months ago we purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from a local appliance store here in Rochester, NY. The model we bought was a "scratch and dent" model and we bought it at a discount price. After a couple of weeks, we noticed the icemaker did not work. We contacted the store where we purchased it and they sent someone out to fix it. He was unable to fix it on the first visit and had to order a replacement part. On the second visit the technician determined that the ice maker could not be fixed and the refrigerator had to be replaced by a new one. The appliance store notified us that Electrolux okayed the replacement refrigerator and it would be delivered in a few weeks. Yesterday the replacement arrived form the appliance store. The delivery people explained that the new unit was not brand new, but a "scratch and dent" model form the factory. They explained that Electrolux told the store that "the customer bought a 'scratch and dent', so they will get a 'scratch and dent' model as a replacement". They said that Electrolux told the store owners to deliver the new unit and "if they don't like it, then deal with the manufacturer". I'd like to point out that the first refrigerator had only 2 or 3 small dents the size of a pea, but the second dent is about 8 inches long, on the side, near the back! I can't help but think that Electrolux, not being happy about replacing a damaged appliance, purposely dented the replacement unit. The people we dealt with at our local appliance store were very helpful and professional, so we find no fault with them. We will definitely think twice when considering buying another Electrolux product!

    Electrolux is the least professionally managed brand in Turkey! I purchased their highest model washer PerfectCare 900. It is the first year, and it is under warranty. Electrolux could not fix the machine for the past 55 days. (The limit is 30 days by law). They unlawfully offered me lower much cheaper models!!! or 1/3 of the washer's worth as warranty in Electrolux Turkey. Electrolux, please guide some high level professionals in Turkey to stop this fraud!

    Customer service is the worst I've experienced. I will strongly recommend NOT purchasing anything Frigidaire because they will nickel and dime you to death. I bought a brand new washer 3 MONTHS AGO. Im now waiting for someone to come troubleshoot the 3rd problem with it. The first issue was that someone at the factory assembled it with an outer tub that you could stick two fingers in. Its not physically possible for it to get damaged after being assembled.

    Extremely poor customer service and products. Purchased a $2,198.00 fridge from Home Depot 1st delivery 5/31/19 doors dented. Refused delivery. Went to Home Depot and spoke with the manager, she was extremely nice called Electrolux, the representative could not do anything except give a new delivery date of 6/7/19. The alleged supervisor Anthony refused to give the names of his 3 Supervisors but told us they would say the same thing. Called the 800 number myself and the representative immediately gave me the name of Anthonys Supervisors Conita. 6/7/19 delivery had dents on right, left and the back where the motor was located. Called again. The representative stated that since I could not get a delivery until 6/19/19 they would leave the fridge as a loaner. Needless to say on 6/19/19 the delivery had a dent in it. Called and I was not given anything for customer satisfaction. Shame on you
