        Pros: -Good pricing -Decent location -Clean, good maintenance team Cons: -Old, thin, and squeaky floors -Studio owners get to buy pricy parking somewhere else -Lots of elevator problems -Taught me the value of taking better pictures on move-in for the damage deposit
