Radius at The Banks

Ive lived here for a year and absolutely love it. The units are large and modern, the amenities are top-notch and the location is perfect for living downtown. No complaints at all!

I am not one to write a bad review, but I felt it was very necessary for Radius Apartments. Do not live here unless you want to feel like you are living at a fraternity or sorority house. It especially feels like this if you have an apartment facing the pool. There was constantly late night skinny dipping, loud partying by the pool at all hours of the night, and people bringing their own speakers to the pool, which made it feel like an EDM concert all day long. There was no escaping from the noise + thumping even in my own apartment. The most that management would do was send out an email to everyone, but that stopped nothing. The management has been awful and even when my husband and I were in the middle of moving out, they gave us no notice (no email, paper notice, etc.) that cleaners would be coming to the apartments for window cleaning that week. We were in the middle of moving into our house and came back to our blinds all the way opened (which we never do), our toilet seats up, etc. There was no paper notice thst someone had been in our apartment. It left me feeling very vulnerable and angry. This is not ok and frankly, against the law.Management was unapologetic and did nothing. Also, during the height of covid, mask wearing was not enforced in public areas, elevators, the gymI never even saw management wearing masks even though they put flyers up about Covid and staying safe. I felt like management was very fake and not genuine. I did not like my stay here, and I will tell everyone who is thinking about moving here to not do that. Not worth it! I also wanted to add--do not trust these 5 star reviews. I'm not sure they are completely honest because the management ran a contest saying if you fill out a review, you could be entered to win a prize. Just some shady stuff. Just to clarify it was my husband that notified management!

Karen and I love living at the Radius. We enjoy the community atmosphere supported by an excellent leadership team. In addition, support staff is prompt in their response, friendly in their engagement, and skilled in their ability to meet needs. All together I give them 5 stars for the way they care for residence of the Radius.

The radius has great amenities and the river side view is incredible! The maintenance team is very helpful and fast. The neighbors are also very friendly. I would say the only issue with radius is the location. It can get very loud whenever there is an event at the banks ( which is very often ). Just keep that in mind.
