        I give Reading Feed & Garden a 5 star rating for making lemonade out of a lemon. I bought 6 bags of lawn fertilizer from them. Two days later, when trying to spread it, I experienced all kinds of issues with my spreader. It's a broadcast spreader mounted to the back of my John Deer Tractor. The issue was clumps of fertilizer and ROCKS in the fertilizer. I had to keep stopping and clearing the feed shoot, and then I had to sift it all by hand. It was frustrating...so I reached out to the store and they jumped right on the issue. They contacted the supplier who agreed to refund my full purchase price. Hats off to Reading Feed & Garden, and Shiloh in particular, for their response...and putting the customer, and my future business with them, at the top of their priorities.
