        Its been 5 weeks since they have last picked up my trash Ive called multiple times and they said they would pick it up before six and they drove passed the house in the garbage truck and never stopped to get the trash every time we reach out they tell us to call a different time and then when we call when they asked us too they never come and get the trash weve paid our bill I have friends who also use rumpke who have the exact same issues this company stinks worse than the trash they never pick up

        Great guys working there but they have changed big time on the scrapping of materials so they aren't paying as much

        The customer service department is wonderful! My trash is always picked up. My issue is that the collection takes place between 2 and 4 in the morning. It wakes my children and I up every week. The driver has been worse the last few weeks with just sitting in his truck on his phone or beeping his horn. I'm not sure if one of the neighbors have upset him but this is just getting ridiculous!
