Sue had given me a voucher for clothes at TJ MAX, I believe for school clothes for my kids. Well, my daughter evidently put a lip stick and eyeshadow maybe, nevertheless, I had both of my kids with me and I didnt see where my daughter put that stuff up there. Ive had help with clothes from places like this and I know not to put other stuff in there it doesnt cover. I make sure I follow it because I dont believe in burning bridges with people/ places that will help me. Well about 10 months later, I call Sue to ask about help with my water bill. Which mind you, she will look for any reason not to help. She says, last time I helped you, you bought Lipstick with the clothes and the lipstick wasnt covered and we had to pay out of pocket. Well 1st off, it is a misunderstanding. I know not to get that stuff and again, my daughter and son were getting clothes for school. I had told them only clothes. I even offered to pay back for the lipstick. So now, she wont help me again. Then when I ask for someone to contact above her, she wouldnt give me their info and hung up on me. I wasnt yelling or cussing or any of that. I just ask to talk to someone above her. She didnt want me to call them before she had a chance to talk to them first. Why are you hiding me from talking with them. I am disputing this. Its not right nor is it fair. I dont even remember my daughter getting any lipstick, I just remember helping my 9 year old at the time, pick out his clothes! Shes just rude. People are already ashamed sometimes going and asking for help and then shes mean to you, Its just not okay.
