        I am currently working on my life. I took the group therapy for weight loss and lost 21 pounds! Im still learning coping skills that I use everyday. If you need and want to get your life on track I highly recommend the people at whole life.

      You should be quite proud of yourself. The progress you have made, is not something a therapist or practice can take credit for by the way, you did the work and continue to do the work. Keep it going. It's a blessing to observe someone who never gives up!
