Didnt check ears, looked at throat. Said I have asthma. Wrong. Obviously didnt care was too busy to pay attention to my problems.

Dr. Keller is awesome. I have been having chronic sinus and ear infections for years. He took the time to listen. He not only listened but took action. Not one thing fixed my issues but the combination of the many things he tried has made my quality of life so much better. If he did not give up and tell me "It is what it is." Many of my past ENTs did. I appreciate him and his team greatly.

I get a random voicemail from Adena ENT that my three year old is scheduled for surgery at 6am. She has never been seen with any ENT so I Immediately call the clinic and ask what doctor sent this referral and what is she having surgery on. They ask her date of birth and pulled up and said yes she is scheduled. After I start questioning this situation come to find out they had the wrong patient scheduled. They pulled my daughters profile up from the urgent care. They said well its a good thing you questioned this. So if I would have not questioned it and took her she would have had god knows what surgery and the clinic would have never thought twice.
