      image Jeremy, in the Chillicothe Ohio store, was (and I cannot stress this enough) AMAZING!! I was set on a specific base that elevated my head because of acid reflux and snoring but as soon as I said the words low back pain he said I definitely did not want that base, and he was right. He demonstrated the fully adjustable base and as soon as he elevated the legs I wanted to cry from happiness at the instant pain relief. His experience with how the body/spine works and what is needed to alleviate the stress in the lower spine was impressive. My mattress delivery date is going to be my personal Christmas Day. Ive been sleeping in a recliner for 2 years and didnt think I would be able to afford anything so fancy. Mattress Firm really cant be beat; not only in customer service and education, but also in price, guarantees, warranties, and sleep trials. My husband and I can count on one hand the number of times weve been able to sleep in the same bed in the last 2 years and now, not only do I have hope for less pain but also a better marriage. I really cant thank you enough.
