        Came in and was told it would be 20 mins, multiple others came in during that time and had online check-ins which is understandable that they would go ahead of me. But 2 people that checked in at the booth ( i watched them check in) went ahead of me, waited 45 mins before i left Wont be back to this store - Lesson learned just go to my barber.

        Every single freaking time it's the younger girls in there they NEVER DO THEIR FREAKING JOB!!!! Can't take a walk in at 5pm???? When they close at 7??? I swear EVERY SINGLE TIME it's the younger girls I can't get a damn haircut!!!! It NEVER FAILS! She claims they have so many people checked in online they can't except walk ins when there is NO ONE in the waiting room????? Owner needs to seriously do something about the younger girls in there cause when it's the older girls they are the absolute best!!!! I'm literally sitting here watching 2 out of the 3 "hair stylist" playing on their damn phone with no one waiting for a haircut???
