        I had an awful experience. The lady doing the x-rays would holler you can take it out on the other side of the wall. Not knowing if she was talking to me or someone else. Then the dentist herself was rude to her own helpers. The girl was with me that did the x-ray then right before the dentists came in a guy came over. When the dentist came in she was circling the tray because the tools wasnt there. I said he just got over here and she told me not to take up for him. The other girl should have set it up not him. Then the dentist talked to me about my teeth and she ask the guy if he had anything. He didnt have any on his paper. She threw her hands up and said Im leaving. I thought that was very rude. At that point I just wanted to leave. I then wanted 15-20 minutes to speak with the lady telling me the price after the dentist told me I was better off not doing it and if I decided to do any of them to do the bottom. It was a waste of my time and theirs. You need all new staff at this place except the front desk. She was very nice. You also might want to buy new chairs for the lobby. They are falling apart. The first one I went to sit in a able went through it. I dont recommend this place at all.

        Grateful for Dr. Rajendram. He took time to hear my concerns and promptly resolved my issue. His bedside manner was top notch. He took time to make sure I had a full understanding of what to expect. I have no more throbbing pain thankfully. I will definitely request him in the future.

        Keep in mind I started the journey of replacing all my teeth in Sept 2022, due to the damage of the medications i took for my severe Ruematoid Arthritis. As of Dec 19th 2023 I now hv my beautiful full set of dentures. All though the process was a long one, I could not be happier. The Temps are just Temps, but the Chillicothe Aspen location made 100% sure that the permanent ones would fit perfect, and they did a spectacular job. Even the Doctor made sure everything was in the perfect place. I have let everyone that asks.know where I went. I actually smile all the time now, my confidence has risen so much higher than it was. And I can take a picture with out being worried and with a big smile. Thank you Aspen Dental. The long wait was well worth it. Krisline Elliott
