The Willis-James Bed & Breakfast

We very much enjoyed our night at the Willis-James. The rooms are beautifully restored, quiet and comfortable. Good restaurants are within walking distance. Steph and Drew made us a fantastic breakfast and opened their other venture, The History Store, early for us, which was fascinating to browse. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for our 10th anniversary and loved everything about it. The accommodations are so tastefully done, a prefect balance of historic charm and modern amenities. And Drew and Steph and phenomenal hosts, we enjoyed our breakfasts, conversations on the history or the house and town, business to visit and things to do; they obviously love what they do and where they live. We were also charmed by the town itself and will come back to visit. I'd highly recommend a stay to anyone looking for a peaceful and charming getaway.

We stayed at the Willis-James Bed and Breakfast for out 16th anniversary! The rooms were beautiful and so comfortable. Every detail from the common rooms to the rooms themselves was thought out and perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially Dante the welcoming committee! Thank you Steph and Drew!

Went for an overnight in Chillicothe area as a Christmas gift from my sister to my husband and I. We enjoyed endless good hiking options that we looked up on our drive from Cincinnati, grabbed some dinner on our way to the Willis James and had a cozy night in the cleanest, most welcoming Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was accommodating to a food allergy and was gourmet level! We look forward to our next stay and even sent some texts on our way home looking for some friends who would want to do a group get away with us at the Willis-James!
