Landlord is super. Safe environment. Other than the noise from my neighbors I like living here.

Where do I begin?! Well for starters, despite being a 40 unit complex with an "office", management is hardly here to oversee anything. If you call the office # you'll never get a hold of anyone and get your call returned. Even if you have the Manager's cell# be prepared to be ignored. The walls of these apartments are horribly thin so you'll hear every noise and every conversation of your neighbors. I had issues with problem neighbors when I first moved in, got fed up and called the manager, Jeff Mayo, and my calls went ignored for weeks! I finally had to write a threatening letter just to get his attention. The general areas are poorly maintained. When it snows no one is sent out here to clear the walkways. The laundromat is filthy with constantly broken down machines and nothing has been done to handle tenants who leave their clothes sitting in the machines for hours and even days. There was even a huge load of clothes that was left in there for weeks, I told the manager as I was also getting yet something else fixed, said he would take care of it and never did! I had a water leak the was fixed right when I reported it, but ended up with an over $300 water bill! The manager was to file a claim with Aqua to get my bill credited, but never did. I finally had to force him to agree to credit my rent for a month. On the kitchen ceiling, water from the bathroom drain above continues to leak despite landlord "fixing" problem. I first reported issue last July, didn't finally come out to try to fix it until early September! I've also had mis-delivered packages from Fed-Ex due to no numbers on the buildings (?), one of which was never recovered. Not to mention I've seen some questionable activity that may be drug-related. The only reason why I haven't moved already is because I'm looking for a job elsewhere and hoping to relocate, so I cannot wait to get out of here! Hopefully this will help others in not making the same mistake I did!
