        Allison Kaydo and Brianna Breedlove at the Chardon, Ohio Branch provided some exceptional customer service over the spring break 2024 week. They help me gain access to a larger car during a very busy time for the branch which helped make my travel experience great. They took the time to call me back and provide updates on the car and also made the experience excellent. Both are very professional and appreciate their support and assistance. I am considering switching over this branch completely after this experience with Allison and Brianna. Thank you both
