        I have been working with Charlene over the past month planning our trip to Greece. I came to Charlene with a challenge not your normal visit to Greece and she did not disappoint. She has gone above and beyond what we expected from working with a travel agent. Charlene was highly recommend to us by two others and I would definitely refer Charlene to anyone.         My wife and I have attempted to work with them twice now. The first time they didn't respond to 3 voicemails, the second time we dealt with a receptionist who was less than helpful, in fact I'd describe her demeanor as condescending. Due to this we decided to work with an agency that wants to work with clients as opposed to one that doesn't care. Don't waste your time like we did.
