        This store DOES NOT sell postage stamps, according to the employee they have not sold stamps for a long time, even though it is listed as a service provided on their storefront and website. Ironically, this is their description of the postage stamps they provide: If youve visited your local Post Office lately to buy a book of stamps, you probably spent about 20 minutes in line, only to be treated rudely by a surly Post Office employee who is NOT happy to see you.

        Outrageous prices. Cost over $50 to ship a package that FedEx or USPS would ship for half the price. Staff helping me was inexperienced and unhelpful.

      I am sorry you felt deceived and am not sure why this warrants a bad review. You are correct we were out of books of stamps. We do print metered stamps as well, which carry the same value as normal stamps. If you have any questions about any items we have in stock please call ahead. It is no different than going to any retail store and you find something out of stock, which is pretty common. I do not post a live inventory on our website, we are a small independent store and have wonderful customers that appreciate our convenient services. Please let us know how we can help you in the future.

      Madison - Please contact us if you have concerns so I can address those before it gets to this point. We are known to be very helpful and go above and beyond for any customers. I do have an employee that started 2 days ago, and everyone else here is very experienced and helpful. I am the owner of the store and I would have been here too, I do not remember this transaction. Our prices, which we check frequently, will match FedEx and UPS store prices within a couple dollars. USPS does not discount prices for anyone, so yes we have a very small margin over the post office. There are a lot of variables that go into shipping prices, I would be happy to discuss. If you feel you were charged incorrectly, call me at 440-247-9340 and I may be able to refund some of the cost. Before resorting to negative reviews it is best practice to allow the store to understand any frustration and more often than not we can come to a good resolution. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.Scott
