Place sucks they come to rural wooded areas and destroy the scenery, get the roads muddy and dirty, block the roads, place is a disgrace

Brad from Premier was recommended to us by a close friend, for whom he had done some reno work. Speaking to him on the phone, he was friendly and courteous, and we scheduled an appointment for him to look at our kitchen and bathroom, which we want to renovate. 20 minutes after our meeting was supposed to begin, I called to see if something had happened, or if he was having trouble finding our home, and left a message to that effect. That was 5 days ago, and I still have yet to hear back from Brad. I missed 3 hours of work waiting for an appointment that never showed or called (at a time selected by him, I might add). We have had other contractors tell us that our job was too small to be worth their while, so maybe Brad felt the same, but failing to let us know and choosing to ghost us is extremely unprofessional and discourteous.
