        Terrible customer service. Only 2 tellers for a line of customers plus the drive through. Been here 15 minutes and still waiting. It must be systemic, because they actually have tall chairs at the teller window because the wait is so long.

        I have been unable to login to my online account for several weeks now. I've called the 800 support number as well as my local branch multiple times. The support center answer was if I can login with another device such as my cell phone, they wont help. I have no other problems with Dayair, WrightPatt Credit Union, Chase Credit cards and now my new checking account at Chase! I've been a customer since mid 90's and no one cares, most Fifth Third employees care about as much as the average McDonalds employee. If you are looking at Fifth Third Id go elsewhere!
