        Rude groomer with lots of rules that were not explained upfront bc she chose not to greet me when I arrived being a first time client. I was there a year ago and you did not greet me after coming 2 different times. Seems your response to negative reviews is to claim you dont have us in your data base.

      Hi Angie! We haven’t been accepting any new clients for 6+ months now and do not have you in our 2023 client database. Every client is greeted when they come through our doors. Groomers have different protocols in place that vary facility to facility, but I assure you we all have the same goal - safety and well-being of the animal comes first, always!
