        Scammers they promise one thing and do something completely different. Also, they allow kids on your roof while construction is going on! I have pictures as proof to this claim! Update! I paid out of pocket for the extra work and everything was suppose to be added into the contract. There was no separate estimates! Nothing was suppose to be free and you were not dealing with my insurance y! You were dealing with me a private individual! That is why the check had my name not the insurance!Tell more lies!!!!

        Told a bunch of lies to get us to believe we was getting new shutters and get in contract with them they do the work..no shutters and took them almost 2 months to come back and FIX their mistakes on roof! Now suddenly the shutters was never a part of agreement?? Noo liars and scammers!!!

      Don, thank you for sharing your experience. We performed well above the contracted work for the contracted price, which you have stated now you will not be paying. We provided quotes for the additional work you wanted done on top of the insurance work we were able to get approved for you and your wife. We are sorry for anything we did that led either of you to believe additional free work would be performed and we will be working internally to continue to improve our processes to ensure clear expectations are set with our outstanding clients.       Amanda, we are sorry for the miscommunication leading you to believe free shutters were some how part of the roof job and attempted to provide a discount on our work performed to remedy this miscommunication if we were in part to blame. Unfortunately, we cannot perform more additional free work on top of the contracted work, especially with all the work we do to work with insurance carriers during the claim, often work we are not compensated for already. We would love to be able to offer free shutters with every roof install, but we cannot. We provided you the price to have us do them and we wish you luck in finding a contractor to do them at no cost.Our reputation of going above and beyond to ensure things are correct and taking blame even when we shouldn't is very well known and reflected by our other reviews.Thank you, Amanda
