No one else could have done the job for us better then Janice. Through each step of the process, she was there to make the process move as smoothly as possible. When the property is over an hour and half away, you need someone to stand in for you during the many visits that happen when you are selling a house. Janice always volunteered to meet the people coming, saving me more time than I can even image. She was there to cheer us up through the many ups and downs in the sell. When possible buyers were unreasonable, she conveyed that to them, in a professional manner that didnt make them walk away. She made sure we received the best possible price for our property. She is a true positive professional in every sense of the word.
