        They are very expensive, also very rude and arrogant. I'm sure they'll have a response to justify their actions but I have a right to my opinion. I would not recommend them. Based upon their response, I'd also say they lie in an attempt to make themselves look good.

        Office Staff called me a LIAR. Dave is a very Rude person who should never be allowed to speak. " I've been in the business for over 20 years. " He told me that He Said" don't let the door hit You on your Way out " that is a direct quote. I'll never go there again for anything ever.

      James, we are sorry that you are frustrated but unfortunately as Dave stated we were unable to assist since you did not purchase the part here. We cannot return parts that were not purchased at our location. We suggest that you contact the seller that you purchased it from. We take our customer service very serious and after reviewing our surveillance, we did not find that Dave called you a liar but we do hope that you will be able to get your repair completed and we truly wish you the best.
