        Failed to deliver as stated. Ordered was placed today 1/3/24 items in stock and paid cash, would be delivered this afternoon **note** delivery was 1000ft from the store. Will call at 9am when they open for an explanation for failure to deliver. (Should be good) will never use their services again.

        Brenda was an amazing help! Answered my call outside of business hours and was a huge help getting birthday flowers for my grandmother. She fit my budget and delivered the same day and was so kind and patient since I was ordering from Virginia.
