The morning crew this morning was amazing! Very quick and organized and had zero issues. Definitely will be back!

Not a fan of this location only because Coolatta machine is different than most so within a couple minutes you have mostly milky flavored liquid. Separates quickly. When I asked for drink to be remade employee was visibility upset.

This Dunkin has terrible customer service and rude staff. My family ate in at this Dunkin while visiting Carrollton. Our drinks took forever and one tasted so watered down we didn't want to drink it. I brought it up to the counter to let them know and see if they could do anything. The woman who "helped" us was immediately rude and annoyed. She blamed us because they had told us they were out of churro flavoring and I ok'd an alternative mix they offered. Even if the flavor mix for the specialty drink is out and you sub in something else, I wouldn't expect my "coffee" to taste like just water. She eventually offered to add sweetener to it, but added too much and we couldn't drink it. If she would have been empathetic and tried to make it right without giving attitude and blaming me first, I would have been satisfied even if the drink didn't turn out. Overall I was extremely disappointed by the service here and will take my business elsewhere in the future. On the plus side the building was nice and clean. Our other drinks and breakfast sandwiches were as expected.

Three times Ive been there and cant seem to get the order right ! Lack of training I guess !
