They took their time cleaning and explained all the steps along the way. They kept things spotless while they workedno water left on our hardwood floorsand they even used protective bumpers for the corners of our trim where the hose might rub. The carpets look so much better. I highly recommend Crowning Touch!

Robert came to our home for carpets, rugs and furniture. He was so kind and efficient. Worked by himself. My husband offered help with furniture moving but he never asked for the help.
