Consumers National Bank seems to be poorly managed. I have an auto loan through them and it has been a nightmare. I am still having issues three months later! Their website to pay online is a joke. It doesn't allow you to pay online. They don't even bother sending a statement via USPS or email...they told me originally I would get a coupon book (that never happened). I am set up for automatic withdrawal and that isn't happening either. You have to remember on your own to go to a branch and make a physical payment. I have called multiple times and even gone into one of the branches to have them look into it. Evidently they don't care. Go somewhere else for your loans or banking.
