Mark is always exceptionally rude and acts uninterested in dealing with or speaking with customers. We always feel like we are a bother when he checks us out or if he answers the phone when we call. Only person here that we consistently have issues with. I used to work here and we come here at least several times a week. When I asked to price match rural kings price on a mineral block and whole corn (which we do every time and I always provide the website pulled up with the current prices), he was rude as usual and said he needed to look it up himself. Wasted our time and proceeded to talk with another customer instead of helping us. Also made two trips to check the price on each item. I only continue to shop here for the sake we live 3 minutes away and I always enjoy seeing Brenda and Larry. They are also the only reason Im giving this review anything more than 1 star. Service here really needs an improvement. They are also still trying to sell the same apple trees that have been infested with aphids for months. Wonder why no one is buying them?

Brought my dog into the dog wash, got him ready, tethered him and tried to turn on the water. No water. Got him out, tried the other side. No water. Left the dog wash room. Couldn't get an employee's attention for help. Total waste of time. If dog wash is prepay, make that clear on your signage.
