Chad at 1800 WaterDamage was a lifesaver. I was due to leave for vacation in hours when I noticed my basement had been flooded due to weather conditions in March. Chad showed up in within an hour or so, provided an estimate and got to work. I was able to leave for vacation while he handled everything from clean up to dealing with insurance. Mr. Lindamood was here with members of his staff over a period of several days off and on. They drained the seepage, tore up the carpeting and lining, dragged the trash out to the curb for pickup, left a dehumidifier in place over several days, and then turned on a fan that had to be heard to be believed. And it all worked. Mr. Lindamood and his staff were helpful, to be sure; moreover, they answered our questions graciously so we could all know what was going on. Called Chad and he responded within the hour. Setup a meet the next day and was on the schedule in two days. Very friendly and professional, the job was explained well and completed in a timely manner. I recommend them for any water damage job you need!

If I could give this 100 stars, I would! Basement flooded last Friday due to all the rain. Called insurance & 1800 water damage at 10:30p not expecting a response. We talked to Chad who was friendly, helpful & said he would be there first thing the next morning. Chad & Bruce spent 9 hours at our home Saturday extracting 6000 gallons of water! They pulled carpet, cut drywall, you name it. Bruce just left with the fans & dehumidifiers. This past week has been hard but Chad & Bruce made it so much less stressful. In this time where they could have easily taken advantage of our situation, they didn't. They truly cared about about home & belongings. They did an outstanding job & worked with our schedules. Discovering wide-spread, substantial water damage on the lower level of my small business immediately following the pandemic shutdown made for a very bad day for me. I reached out to Chad at 1-800 WATER DAMAGE and he was there within an hour. By the next day, he had submitted detailed sketches and estimates to my insurance company and in short order, the work was approved. When we encountered additional damage during the tear-down, the insurance company pushed back and my anxiety levels rose, but Chad smoothed the waters and the insurance company covered the claim. Chad and his team worked through the demolition, abatement, prevention, and reconstruction phases efficiently, effectively, and always politely. Ultimately, the work was performed well and I'm very happy with the outcome. I would recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation.
